Have Your Say

An online public consultation was conducted during October 2025, with a public exhibition of the proposals held at the Haver Hub on 21st October 2025.

Feedback received during this process will help shape the final Masterplan before an outline planning application is submitted.

You can still contact us directly at sladelane@lichfields.uk

We welcome feedback on the development proposals but regret that we will not be able to respond personally to every submission.

All consultation responses will be reviewed and key themes from the feedback will be fully considered by the development team when preparing the outline planning application.

Next Steps

The initial consultation process closed on 31 October 2025.

Responses received from stakeholders and the public during this period will be considered, alongside feedback from our recent presentation of the draft Masterplan to the Design Commission for Wales (DCfW). A revised Masterplan will also be shared on the pages of this website, as part of a formal Pre Application Consultation (PAC) process.

We are required by law to publish the draft application for Pre Application Consultation (PAC) which will last for 28 days.

The PAC is expected to be carried out early next year, so please bookmark this page and check back in the new year to review the revised Masterplan.

Following completion of the PAC process, we will review all comments before submitting an outline planning application to Pembrokeshire County Council.

Thank you for your interest in the proposals for a new, sustainable neighbourhood at Slade Lane, Haverfordwest.
